I have been trying to spend as much quality time with just the two of you as I possibly can. I'm feeling a little nervous about how our relationships and family will change when Sparkly arrives. Biscuit has been my sole sidekick during the week for almost four years. It is difficult to imagine what this new season of our lives will bring.
Yesterday was a fantastic day! We saw The Lorax with some friends in the early morning.
Then we got to celebrate a good friend's fourth birthday with a pool party and cake.
I am so thankful that I got to watch your imagination run wild for an hour while you had this spray ground to yourself. Moments like this are what I wanted for this summer. I am so thankful we had quite a few. Today, you sang, you danced, you had many "friends" join your adventures & even managed to "grow grass." I may miss our solo adventures, but I look forward to many more with you and your baby sister.
